DESCRIPTION

This circuit sends the park/neutral position switch signals to the clearance warning ECU.

INSPECT PARK / NEUTRAL POSITION SWITCH


(a) Disconnect the D21 park/neutral position switch connector.

(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:

(c) Reconnect the park/neutral position switch connector.

CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (SWITCH - CLEARANCE WARNING ECU - BATTERY AND BODY GROUND)


(a) Disconnect the D21 park/neutral position switch connector.

(b) Disconnect the H43 clearance warning ECU connector.

(c) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Voltage:

(d) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
